Julie Englerth provides coaching and one-on-one consulting for worship leaders and church teams focused on leadership development, vision alignment, and healthy team culture, and is also available for booking as a speaker, worship leader, and songwriter. Through structured coaching sessions and practical tools, she helps leaders strengthen relationships with senior leadership, build sustainable systems, and lead with confidence and spiritual depth.

Born and raised in East Texas, is a songwriter and worship leader at HighRidge Church in Longview, Texas. A worship leader for 25+ years, she has spent the last decade mentoring worship leaders, building healthy teams, and guiding churches to strengthen their worship culture from the inside out. With a heart for both the spiritual and practical, Julie offers in-depth coaching for worship leaders, creative teams, and executive church leadership—helping them cultivate healthy teams, unify vision, and lead with lasting impact. She leads the worship team alongside her husband, Chris, and writes songs from a deep well of history with God. In April 2022, she independently released her first single with HighRidge Worship, “Send Me, I’ll Go,” co-written with Chris Englerth, Tekena Abere, and Joe L. Barnes of Maverick City Music, recorded live with her church family and featuring Barnes. Julie’s passion is inviting others into the life-changing presence of God through powerful worship, honest songwriting, and the development of healthy, rooted leaders who serve with wholeness and joy.
